CPM Series is a 2mm pitch wire-to-board connector. Manufactured using glass-filled PBT with a UL94V-0 rating, this compact connector is extremely reliable and is a development on JST’s very versatile CPT Series Connector.
Initially developed for Power Inverter Units (PIUs) in automotive applications, this dual row connector incorporates a low profile finger lock mechanism that makes it ideal for environments where space is limited.
The CPM Connector is available in 8 to 20 circuit variations, with a current rating of 3Amps, 50V AC/DC Voltage and operating temperature range of -40OC to +125OC.

Secondary retainer – Terminal position assurance (TPA)
- The Secondary Retainer or TPA feature ensures that the crimped contact has been inserted fully into the housing. It's a feature that aids the production/assembly process where it is not always easy to check that the crimped contact has been inserted correctly into the housing.
Secure locking device
- The housing has a locking feature that prevents accidental disconnection due to restricted wire routing or high environmental vibration.
PCB mounting technology
- Headers are suitable for Surface Mount (SMT) PCB mounting.
Highly reliable contact design
- The crimp terminal design offers a high degree of interface performance under conditions of vibration, distortion, low voltage or low current.
